(24 Oct. 1926–8 Oct. 2017), Hall of Fame pro football quarterback, was born Yelberton Abraham Tittle, Jr. to postal worker Yelberton Abraham Tittle, Sr. and Alma Allen Tittle in the East Texas town of Marshall.
