Lukas, J. Anthony (25 April 1933–05 June 1997), Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist and author, was born Jay Anthony Lukas in New York City to Edwin Jay Lukas, a prominent civil rights lawyer, and Elizabeth Schamberg, an actress.
