Special Collections

In addition to these lists, the ANB Online presents special collections keyed to Black History Month and Women's History Month, each containing about 500 articles; American Indian Heritage Month (about 300 articles); Hispanic Heritage Month (145 articles); and Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (65 articles). The collections do not include every article related to each of these topics but were selected to help you as a researcher, student, teacher, or librarian to quickly access a sizable number of biographies for study.

To search the Special Collections, go to the Advanced Search page, enter your search term, and select the check box labeled "Black History," "Women's History," "Asian Pacific American Heritage," "Hispanic Heritage," or "American Indian Heritage" to restrict your search to articles that are included in each collection.
